This luxurious course allows you to fully enjoy natural tiger pufferfish, from appetizers and blanched fish to sashimi, pufferfish hot pot, and rice porridge.In autumn, fragrant matsutake mushrooms are added, and in winter, rich cod milt is available, allowing you to enjoy the blissful flavors of each season.
